冷軋齒輪箱Cold rolling gear box

冷軋是用熱軋鋼卷為原料菜碌，經(jīng)酸洗去除氧化皮后進(jìn)行冷連軋贼穆，其成品為軋硬卷。冷連扎機(jī)組齒輪箱位于主傳動(dòng)電機(jī)與軋機(jī)之間兰粉，輸入軸與電機(jī)相連故痊，兩輸出軸與軋機(jī)的工作輥相連，其功能是將一個(gè)主傳動(dòng)電機(jī)輸出的扭矩分配給上下工作輥玖姑，由此達(dá)到軋制冷軋鋼板的目的愕秫。

冷連扎機(jī)組齒輪箱的結(jié)構(gòu)形式為單輸入雙輸出的復(fù)合型結(jié)構(gòu)型式，相當(dāng)于由主減齒輪箱和機(jī)座齒輪箱組合的型式焰络。

The gear box of the cold tandem unit is located between the main drive motor and the rolling mill, the input shaft is connected with the motor, and the two output shafts are connected with the work roll of the rolling mill.
