唐冶廠生產(chǎn)的硬齒面磨齒減速器葬陡，已有50多年的歷史。
    為提高減速器的設(shè)計(jì)和制造質(zhì)量，我廠于80年代末由德國弗蘭德公司引進(jìn)專有技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵的加工阁巨、檢測設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品抬宽。經(jīng)過多年的消化吸收，現(xiàn)已形成SZ督注、KE筛密、SD、KZ芬吸、SV鸭乱、KD等十二大系列、二百多個(gè)規(guī)格的系列產(chǎn)品奶膘，國前化率達(dá)100%橱奶。
    該產(chǎn)品最大末端中心距為800mm，最大額定功率達(dá)8500kw慈俯，傳動(dòng)比范圍為5—500渤刃。這些減速器的齒輪采用低碳合金鋼滲碳淬火磨齒，具有齒輪精度高贴膘、體積小卖子、重量輕、承載能力大刑峡、壽命長洋闽、噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)國家的水平，為中國名牌產(chǎn)品，通過國家煤安認(rèn)證腿若。
