為提高減速器的設(shè)計(jì)和制造質(zhì)量畅廷,我廠于80年代末由德國弗蘭德公司引進(jìn)專有技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵的加工、檢測設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品泉钮。經(jīng)過多年的消化吸收麸塞,現(xiàn)已形成SZ、KE涧衙、SD哪工、KZ、SV弧哎、KD等十二大系列正勒、二百多個(gè)規(guī)格的系列產(chǎn)品,國前化率達(dá)100%傻铣。
該產(chǎn)品最大末端中心距為800mm,最大額定功率達(dá)8500kw祥绞,傳動比范圍為5—500非洲。這些減速器的齒輪采用低碳合金鋼滲碳淬火磨齒,具有齒輪精度高蜕径、體積小两踏、重量輕、承載能力大兜喻、壽命長梦染、噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),各項(xiàng)技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)國家的水平硫缓,為中國名牌產(chǎn)品抄刁,通過國家煤安認(rèn)證。
為上海寶鋼恭隧、京唐港等國家重點(diǎn)工程以及冶金祈哆、礦山漩跋、煤炭、電力帆速、能源阁檀、運(yùn)輸、起重互愚、輕工羞喻、紡織、工程機(jī)械千覆、化工区膨、建材等各個(gè)行業(yè),提供了大量的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品懊悯。
90年代末蜓谋,我廠又在引進(jìn)系列硬齒面減速器的基礎(chǔ)上,自行開發(fā)了換代升級產(chǎn)品-PC2000系列減速器炭分。并開發(fā)了服務(wù)于冶金行業(yè)的輥道減速器以及起重機(jī)專用減速器桃焕、水泥磨專用減速器等。圓柱齒輪精度達(dá)到DIN3962及DIN3963標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6級捧毛,強(qiáng)度計(jì)算執(zhí)行DIN3990观堂。錐齒輪精度及強(qiáng)度計(jì)算執(zhí)行KN3028標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
