適用范圍:淬火、表面淬火鋼,調(diào)質(zhì)颤枪、退火鋼,冷硬鑄件,可鍛鑄件,硬質(zhì)合金鋼,鋁合金,軸承鋼,硬化薄鋼板等汗捡。

工作環(huán)境/ Work environment：

1、在室溫10~35℃的范圍內(nèi)畏纲；

2扇住、在穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ)上水平安裝；

工作原理/ Working principle：

洛氏硬度的試驗(yàn)原理：用金剛石圓錐體壓頭或一定直徑的鋼球壓頭，在初試驗(yàn)力F0和主試驗(yàn)力F1先后作用下强品，壓入試樣表面膘侮，保持一定時(shí)間，卸除主試驗(yàn)力的榛，保留初試驗(yàn)力琼了，此時(shí)的壓入深度為h1，在初試驗(yàn)力作用下的壓入深度為h0仔同，它們之差e(h1—h0)來表示壓痕深度的永久增量键切。每壓入0.002mm為一個(gè)洛氏硬度單位。（圖1）

洛氏硬度的計(jì)算公式：HRA圃靖、C=100—(e/0.002)

HRB=130—(e/0.002)
