泰星減速機股份有限公司原名江蘇省泰興減速機廠，始建于1984年萌壳，1999年改制為泰星減速機股份有限公司亦镶，公司占地面積30萬平方米，固定資產(chǎn)3.8億元袱瓮，員工2000多人缤骨，其中工程技術(shù)人員186人。
