大新基礎件有限公司是生產新型機械基礎件的專業(yè)工廠劳闹。主要加工設備為半自動流水線作業(yè)院究，目前具有年產50萬套的生產規(guī)模。該產品結構本涕、外形尺寸业汰、安裝方式均與國外同類產品通用，技術指標菩颖、技術性能可以滿足國外機器的使用要求样漆，同時也是國產化替代進口機件必不可少的基礎零部件，可節(jié)約外匯晦闰。目前為國內機械行業(yè)主機配套的有100余個廠家放祟，同時出口遠銷美國、德國散烂、印尼巾妖、澳大利亞估横、斯里蘭卡、比利時牵梗、瑞士台筷、泰國、越南洗筛、日本夷著、韓國等國家。

特殊工藝特性：
該產品材料采用65Mn和60Si2Mn彈性材料漫玄，加工工藝采用全磨削加工和淬火熱處理工藝，表面采用液體噴砂處理摆采。
