公司成立以來(lái)竖伯，已向中國(guó)國(guó)家專利局提交了《采用物理氣相沉積法制備二硫化鎢固體潤(rùn)滑膜的方法》等7項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)。我公司的物理氣相沉積中的射頻磁控濺射法制造WS2固體潤(rùn)滑復(fù)合膜工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)工藝因宇，填補(bǔ)了我國(guó)該領(lǐng)域的空白七婴，該項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品綜合技術(shù)達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。
目前我公司在美國(guó)芝加哥和上海寶山城市工業(yè)園區(qū)建有科研和生產(chǎn)基地察滑，技術(shù)力量雄厚打厘。公司擁有國(guó)際先進(jìn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備和嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)修肠，使得產(chǎn)品從研制、原料采購(gòu)户盯、生產(chǎn)制作等一系列過(guò)程都處在嚴(yán)密的控制下嵌施，保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。公司主要對(duì)企業(yè)所提供的部件進(jìn)行WS2表面處理先舷，可及時(shí)艰管、有效地為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)滓侍。
公司在使用everlube涂料蒋川、鐵氟龍涂層方面，有三條國(guó)際先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)噴涂生產(chǎn)線撩笆，可以為全球的客戶提供全方位的表面處理服務(wù)倡挚。
同時(shí)，我公司負(fù)責(zé)在中國(guó)磁鐵行業(yè)獨(dú)家推廣和銷售美國(guó)Everlube公司1221等磁鐵專用涂層.我們也能為客戶的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行二硫化鉬（MOS2涂層）筷疹，鐵氟龍蒸拦，Everlube 620C/6102G/5396/1221/1201/1301，TiN（氮化鈦）瞳竖，DLC（類金剛石涂層）等各種涂層加工蜘把。
