荊州市陵達(dá)機(jī)械有限公司刊愚、荊州陵達(dá)減速器廠是生產(chǎn)新型減速器的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，一九九七年成功的開發(fā)了具有我國獨(dú)創(chuàng)風(fēng)格的踩验，新穎的“平面二次包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器”鸥诽，這種蝸桿副具有多齒嚙合，瞬時(shí)雙線接觸箕憾，它的承載能力大牡借；潤滑角大，容易形成動壓油膜袭异，潤滑條件好钠龙，它的使用壽命長；蝸桿齒面淬硬扁远，并有符合形成原理的精密磨削俊鱼，精確成形，它的制造精度高畅买，齒的光潔度高并闲；有著較大的綜合曲率半徑，嚙合特性好谷羞，經(jīng)測試多線蝸桿的效率可達(dá)95%帝火，與同規(guī)格的普通圓柱蝸桿副相比，具有體積小脯黎，重量輕东镶，承載能力大，使用壽命使等優(yōu)點(diǎn)兵正，在長期的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中橱墨，形成了一整套質(zhì)量保證體系，榮獲湖北省科技進(jìn)步三等獎及國家科技進(jìn)步三等獎窖硝。
我廠生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器中心距捕砖，由 80mm至 1200mm，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)公稱傳動比由 5至100邓晃，也可以根據(jù)用戶的特殊要求設(shè)計(jì)并制造各種平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器泡快，目前我廠已將該技術(shù)成功的用于數(shù)百艘軍用艦艇的配套，并廣泛用于民用船舶纤票、冶金機(jī)械嗓钦、礦山機(jī)械、輕紡機(jī)械猪攀、食品機(jī)械溯饵、建筑機(jī)械∠怯茫化工機(jī)械瓣喊、石油機(jī)械坡慌、電梯等機(jī)械行業(yè)，而且遠(yuǎn)銷加拿大藻三、埃及洪橘、泰國、香港等國家和地區(qū)棵帽。
