天津華盛昌齒輪有限公司創(chuàng)建于1990年回俐，是專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、制造蝸桿減速器的中外合資企業(yè)壹瘟，被天津市科委命名為“天津市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”鲫剿。我公司設(shè)計(jì)制造的平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器曾多次獲獎(jiǎng)并被機(jī)械部指定為更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品，環(huán)面蝸桿數(shù)控系統(tǒng)也被列為國(guó)家重大成果項(xiàng)目之一宽剪。受國(guó)家機(jī)械工業(yè)局的委托锭鸣，我公司起草了中華人民共和國(guó)機(jī)械行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T 9051-2000《平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器》，目前該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已實(shí)施葵张。
我公司在平面二次包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域里擁有世界領(lǐng)先的理論和技術(shù)局限，持有多項(xiàng)、多國(guó)發(fā)明專利哀擒。我們始終堅(jiān)信科學(xué)技術(shù)是企業(yè)發(fā)展的第一動(dòng)力棵辟。為此公司與德國(guó)克林貝格公司聯(lián)合開發(fā)了世界上僅有的五臺(tái)HNC35TP型十軸數(shù)控、四軸聯(lián)動(dòng)專用蝸桿磨床讳董。
為了與這些高精度專用設(shè)備配套渗蚁，我公司進(jìn)口了多種型號(hào)的滾齒機(jī)以及多臺(tái)數(shù)控加工中心，并配備了進(jìn)口的嚙合檢查儀豺章、三座標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)尖洞。除此之外，公司還建立了產(chǎn)品性能測(cè)試用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助試驗(yàn)臺(tái)、摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)室以及噪聲震動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備用來(lái)對(duì)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全面檢測(cè)煞秤。
我公司生產(chǎn)的平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器產(chǎn)品可達(dá)到DIN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)5級(jí)氏仗，具有傳動(dòng)效率高，承載能力大夺鲜，噪聲低皆尔，精度高等優(yōu)勢(shì)。我公司生產(chǎn)的高精度低噪聲減速器及蝸桿副除在中國(guó)銷售外币励，還遠(yuǎn)銷至世界各地慷蠕。
Tianjin everbest Gear Limited was founded in 1990, is specialized in the design, manufacture worm reducer joint venture, Tianjin Science and Technology was named "Tianjin high-tech enterprises." I design and manufacture of the plane enveloping worm reducer has received numerous awards and was designated as the Ministry mechanical replacement products wormgearing CNC system has also been listed as one of the major national achievements. By the State Administration of Machinery Industry of the commission, I drafted the Republic of China Machinery Industry Standard JB / T 9051-2000 "plane enveloping worm gear", now the standard has been implemented. This company with the German Klingelnberg jointly developed the world's only five-axis CNC HNC35TP type ten, Axis-specific worm grinder. In order to support these high-precision equipment, our company imported a variety of types of gear hobbing and multiple CNC machining centers, and is equipped with imported meshes inspection, coordinate measuring machines. In addition, the company also established a product performance testing using computer-aided test bench, friction and wear test chamber, and noise vibration analysis systems and other equipment used to conduct a comprehensive inspection of products.
