TY系列同軸式硬齒面齒輪減速器概述ZB J19009-88
概 述:
本產品按ZBJ19009-88標準制造。產品為輸入、出軸位于同一軸線的全漸開線外嚙合齒輪傳動結構宦言。主要傳動零件采用優(yōu)質合金鋼材質捉泣。齒輪經滲碳淬火磨齒工藝制造霎肯,精度為GB10095-88.6級。產品具有體積小、承載能力高陕牲、壽命長、噪音低瓣老、效率高等優(yōu)點芒极。
用途和適用范圍
產品可通用于冶金沙诅、礦山揉罗、運輸匣沼、能源壮虫、建材勾笆、輕化等行業(yè)的機械傳動索烹。其適用范圍如下:
用于水平或前后傾角不大于20°位置安裝诬絮;
環(huán)境溫度為-40~45℃帅刀。低于0℃時啟動前應予熱潤滑油至8℃以上。高于45℃時應結合熱功率校核远剩,采取相應措施扣溺。
