天津市第一蝸輪減速機(jī)廠执泰，注冊(cè)資金22.00萬元炼杖，于1998年正式成立，公司位于天津市紅橋區(qū)三條石大街小馬路９號(hào)豆蝠，擁有員工105人橡戈。本公司資金實(shí)力雄厚阎肌，生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營能力強(qiáng)大。 加上公司總裁劉洪鋼的英明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)掷雪，目前已發(fā)展成為業(yè)內(nèi)一家較具實(shí)力的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)将遮。我公司隸屬于天津市電梯公司，是機(jī)械工業(yè)部生產(chǎn)蝸輪減速器的重點(diǎn)企業(yè)肌坑，是國內(nèi)研究和生產(chǎn)圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿減速器的最早廠家近弟。主要產(chǎn)品有：圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿系列減速器缅糟、電梯曳引機(jī)、自動(dòng)扶梯驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)等祷愉，并承接各種非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)蝸桿減速機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)制造窗宦、軋壓機(jī)蝸輪副的配套加工 1、圓弧齒輪圓柱蝸桿系列減速器二鳄。我廠“雙牛牌”圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿系列減速器按國際生產(chǎn)赴涵。它廣泛應(yīng)用各種傳動(dòng)機(jī)械中的減速機(jī)構(gòu)，主要特點(diǎn)是該蝸輪為凹凸嚙合泥从，接觸強(qiáng)度高句占，摩擦系數(shù)小，傳動(dòng)效率高躯嫉，其結(jié)構(gòu)與同容量的阿基米德蝸桿減速機(jī)相比結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊纱烘，體積小，重量輕

The main products are: circular tooth cylindrical worm series reducer, elevator traction machine, escalator drive machine, etc., and undertake the design and manufacture of various non-standard worm reducer, the matching processing of rolling mill worm gear pair. 1. Circular arc gear cylindrical worm series reducer. Our "shuangniu brand" circular tooth cylindrical worm gear reducer is produced internationally. It is widely used in various transmission machinery of the reducer, the main characteristics are that the worm gear is concave convex meshing, high contact strength, small friction coefficient, high transmission efficiency. Compared with Archimedes worm reducer of the same capacity, its structure is compact, small volume and light weight. Types of reducer: (1) the structure of the machine is single stage, including the following four types: 1. Wth universal type: 2. Whx worm is in the lower type; 3. WHS worm is in the upper type; 4. WHC worm is in the side type; (2) the center distance is 80-500mm (3) the transmission ratio is 8-50.
2. BWL series traction machine. The traction machine is driven by worm and worm gear and is the driving device of passenger elevator, freight elevator and sundries. The rated speed is 0.25-1.75m/s. The rated load is 200-300kn.
