齒廓與螺旋線形狀偏差和傾斜偏差的數(shù)值
B1總則
齒廓與螺旋線的形狀偏差和傾斜偏差不是必檢項(xiàng)目蓖议,在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中不作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要素扶绒,因?yàn)樾螤钇詈蛢A斜偏差對(duì)齒輪的性能有重要影響矩屁,所以將有關(guān)數(shù)值列于表B1至表B3中纪隙。在3.2.3遍膜、3.2.4和3.3.3碗硬、3.3.4中分別給出了齒廓和螺旋線的形狀偏差和傾斜偏差的定義。

B2.3螺旋線形狀公差FHβ和螺旋線傾斜極限偏差±FHβ
B2.4對(duì)于其他精度等級(jí)的形狀公差值和傾斜極限偏差值瓢颅,用第5章中規(guī)定的同樣規(guī)則計(jì)算恩尾,并對(duì)計(jì)算值進(jìn)行圓整弛说。
