切向綜合偏差的公差
A1總則
附在所給的文件中另有規(guī)定外,切向綜合偏差的測量不是必須的唾糯。因此崭篡,這些偏差的公差未被列入本標準的正文中。
然而浸须,經(jīng)供需雙方同意時惨寿,這種方法最好和輪齒接觸的檢測同時進行。有進可以用來替代其他的檢測方法删窒。一齒切向偏差和切向綜合總偏差的定義在3.4中給出裂垦。
一齒切向綜合偏差fi′的公差,可由表A1中給出的fi′/K數(shù)值乘以系數(shù)K(K見A2.1的規(guī)定)求得很撩,或用A2.1中的5級精度公差計算式計算赎冶。而對于其他精度等級,用第5章中規(guī)定的同樣規(guī)則計算诵捏,并對計算值進行圓整幌舍。
5級精度的切向綜合總偏差Fi′的公差Fi′用A2.2中給出的公式計算,其他精度等級的公差計算及計算值的圓整規(guī)則與第5章相同罕鞭。
當檢測切向綜合時屋孕,產(chǎn)品齒輪在適當?shù)闹行木嘞拢ㄓ幸欢ǖ膫认叮┡c測量齒輪單面嚙合,同時要加上一輕微而足夠的載荷驴嚣。
A2 5級精度的公差計算式
A2.1一齒切向綜合公差fi′
fi′=K(4.3+fpt+fα)
如果產(chǎn)品齒輪和測量齒輪的齒寬不同硕纯,則按較小的齒寬進行εr計算。
如果對輪齒的齒廊的和螺旋線進行了較大的修形黔巨,檢測時握帘,εr和K將會受到較大的影響袜晌,因而在評定測量結果時這些因素必須考慮在內(nèi),在這種情況下篱俊,對檢測條件和記錄曲線的評定應另訂專門的協(xié)議但惶。
