“立嘉機床展覽會”（英文簡稱：CWMTE）從2000年起已成功舉辦了七屆。展覽會本著振興裝備制造業(yè)，促進西部工業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展為宗旨居删，主要集中展示國內(nèi)外機械裝備制造領域的新技術新設備滞泣，面向航空航天润樱、汽車单雾、摩托車、船舶、國防軍工沉御、通用機械小愚、儀器儀表、五金制品芋甸、輕工绪毅、電子及科研院所等行業(yè)服務。近年來谬咽，隨著中國西部地區(qū)工業(yè)化的蓬勃快速發(fā)展叙傅，以及參與者的廣泛認同，立嘉機床展也得以長足進步麸癌，展會規(guī)模每年以50%以上的速度遞增鹰泡，現(xiàn)已成為西部地區(qū)規(guī)模最大、檔次最高午四、展示實物最多、對西部地區(qū)廣大用戶極具吸引力的專業(yè)性國際展覽會磨慷。
Aiming at developing the equipment industry and accelerating the economy of West Region,CWMTE hassuccessfully organized seven exhibitions since 2000. The technology and equipment displayed in the exhibition mainly focus on the field of mechanical equipment manufacture in the world, including aircraft, space technology, automobile, motorcycle, mechanics, and war industry. Scale of this exhibition increases over 50 percent each year. Currently the exhibition has been the most attractive and professional exhibition with the largest scale and the most various exhibits in West Region.As the representative of mechanical equipment industry in chongqing and West Region,CWMTE will boom with the development of this industry.

收費標準：舉辦技術講座每場4500元，2小時/場痰哨。由組委會提供會議室及必備的音響胶果、話筒、會議橫幅斤斧、投影儀早抠、茶水，并發(fā)函邀請專業(yè)人士到會撬讽。

用戶組織及宣傳推廣：
展會客戶部主要負責展會的用戶邀請和展會相關宣傳推廣，采取多渠道痴坦、多方式撑葡，力邀有一定數(shù)量和質(zhì)量的采購商、貿(mào)易商彭理、企業(yè)負責人以及技術人員等人士到會參觀和采購。

中國機械展覽網(wǎng)上常年開設“立嘉機床展•專題展廳”企棘，各參展企業(yè)可免費進行網(wǎng)上宣傳凝顿、交易，使立嘉機床展成為“永不落幕的展覽會”射传。

參展手續(xù)
1.即時起報名菌菇，截止至2007年4月15日止。展覽會采取“先報名域曼、先選擇浪顽、根據(jù)展品重量及類型安排展位”的參展原則，凡申請參加展覽會的單位請認真填寫《參展申請表》（見附一）俱篡，其中務必詳細填寫參展展品情況（主要用于會前东悔、會中的宣傳）凸协，填好后傳真或郵寄至組委會，組委會收到即安排展位汗捡，發(fā)放《參展預定通知書》淑际；
2.參展企業(yè)請于報名時將企業(yè)或產(chǎn)品簡介（一百字以內(nèi)）以及代表貴單位最新技術、最新設備的產(chǎn)品或展機照片/圖片（請附產(chǎn)品名稱)三張E-mail至組委會扇住，以便組委會能及時將參展商相關資料登上中國機械展覽網(wǎng)網(wǎng)上展廳頻道以及其他行業(yè)網(wǎng)站進行宣傳春缕。參展企業(yè)對提供之資料內(nèi)容的正確性、真實性艘蹋、合法性锄贼，負有完全的法律責任；
3.展位租金及其他參展費一律實行預收女阀，參展商報名后十天內(nèi)支付所需費用全款或50%的定金宅荤，余款應于展覽會開幕前一個月內(nèi)付清，逾期主辦單位將有權不予保留展位或提供其他服務强品。展位租金僅指參展商租用展示場地的費用膘侮，不包含展品的運輸倉儲、吊裝就位及水電氣的租賃等費用的榛。組委會收到參展定金后琼了，即向參展商發(fā)出《參展確認通知書》；繳清余款時仔同，即發(fā)出《參展確認函》键切，參展商憑《參展確認函》入場布展。

Procedure of application:
1. Register the exhibition now, and the deadline is March 15th 2006. The exhibition will adopt the principle that the earlier the enterprises enter for, the more privileged of choosing exhibition position the enterprises will have; the exhibition place will be arranged according to the importance of items on display. All applicants should fill in an application form seriously. And pay more attention on the information of items on display. After finishing it, enterprises should mail or fax to organizing committee. The moment your form is received, the exhibition position will be arranged and the notice of pre-reserved attending qualification will be released immediately. Simultaneity, advertising will be executed for users.
2. The applicant is required to submit a brief introduction of the products of your enterprise. Three pictures of your products that represent your newest technology and equipment should be e-mailed to the organizing Committee as to advertise your enterprise in China Mechanic Exhibition website and other relevant websites. The applicant undertakes the legal responsibility for the truth of the information they supplied.
3. The rent of exhibition position and fee of advertisement will be charged in advance, and the total or half of the fee should be paid by applicants in ten days when entering for exhibition finished; the rest has to be paid off in one month after the opening of exhibition. The rent of exhibition position only includes the fee of renting place and relevant facilities. The transport costs, fixing fee, and the fee of water, electricity and gas consuming are not contained. When the subscription is received, the organizing committee will send out the "notice of attending exhibition affirmance" and "service guide of attending exhibition". When the entire fee is paid off, "letter of Admission" will be sent out immediately. Only Enterprises holding the letter of Admission will be allowed to enter the exhibition area and adorn their exhibition place.
參展注意事項
1.“先報名圃靖、先選擇展位”的原則龙喂，將以《參展申請表》回傳至組委會的時間確定；
2. 繳納定金后榛蜻，如果退訂部份展位秧梨，所繳定金概不退還，且不得要求以所繳定金抵繳展位費盅力。逾期定金及余款未繳交者妻行，視同放棄參展，組委會將即時通知候補企業(yè)參展按任。凡欲退展之企業(yè)請及時（或在布展二個月前）出具書面通知書汉疮。
3.大會組委會有權根據(jù)展覽會總體規(guī)劃和實際參展規(guī)模對展位位置作相應調(diào)整及增、減杠滓；
4. 《參展商服務手冊》發(fā)放時間為2007年3月1日丛剿。承辦單位將委托有關的承建商、承運商等服務機構為參展商提供各項服務臊岸，各有關服務機構的聯(lián)系電話橙数、聯(lián)系人和展覽會的進度安排都將登載在《參展商服務手冊》和展覽會網(wǎng)站上尊流，參展商應根據(jù)進度安排及時與有關機構取得聯(lián)系，以確保展覽會前期準備和布展工作的順利進行商模。
5.為了讓各參展商在展覽期間享受到更好的服務奠旺，參展商在收到《參展商服務手冊》時，即時按相關要求認真填寫服務指南上的各類表格施流；為確保展覽會的專業(yè)性及安全性响疚，參展商須按展覽會規(guī)定之范圍申報展品，展品與其申報展品不符瞪醋，且有違反組委會相關的規(guī)定忿晕，組委會有權調(diào)整其展位或取消其參展資格，所交費用概不退還银受；
6．關于參會代表的交通践盼、旅游、酒店等會期相關事項請詳見《參展商服務手冊》宾巍；
7.以上條款最終解釋權歸屬于重慶市立嘉會議展覽有限公司因摸。

Notice:
1.The exact time will be decided by the Exhibition Application according to the principle of register earlier, choose earlier.
2． When the subscription is paid, the subscription will not be handed back, if attending enterprises want to countermand some of exhibition positions; At the same time, enterprises are not allowed to pay the fee of exhibition position in the form of the subscription of canceled exhibition position. If subscription is not paid off after deadline, organizing committee will consider that the enterprises have given up the attending qualification, and the enterprise as an alternate will be informed. If enterprise wants to cancel the exhibition, please submit the written paper to committee.
3. The organizing committee has the right to adjust the distribution of exhibition areas partly, based on the whole programming.
4. Undertaker will entrust dealers who are responsible for building service and transport to provide corresponding service for attending exhibition enterprises. The phone numbers of service institutions, list of linkmen and schedule of exhibition will included in the service guide of attending exhibition, at the same time will appear in exhibition websites. To ensure the success of pre-work of exhibition, attending enterprises have to contact with relevant institutions in time based on requirements of schedule.
5. In order to attain the better service, attending enterprises should fill out all kinds of forms in time in terms of requirements after receiving service guide of attending exhibition. In addition, to guarantee the safety and professionality of exhibition, attending enterprises ought to declare items on display according to requirements. Otherwise, attending exhibition qualification will be canceled, and the charged fee won't be paid back.
6. The detailed information about traffic, travel, hotel, etc. are provided by Guide for Exhibition Service.
7. Chongqing LiJia Conference Exhibition Corp Ltd. owns the final explanation right of items above.
